Policies

Booking Policies:

1. All bookings must be requested in written form and confirmed by Holliday Expeditions LLC; we grant a time limit in order to confirm or release the spaces.

2. Once the time limit has expired, the booking is automatically cancelled.

Payment Policies:

1. We require a 20% deposit within 14 days of the reservation confirmation in order to guarantee the booking. In the case that we do not receive the deposit within the aforementioned time frame, the reservation will automatically be cancelled.

2. The final payment is due 120 days before departure.

Cancellation Policies:

1. All cancellations must be communicated in written form.

2. Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

     1. Between the day of confirmation and 151 days prior to the trip date, the deposit is refundable less an administration fee of $500 per person.

     2. Between 150 and 121 days prior to the trip date, the 20% deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.

     3. Within 120 days of the trip date, the full amount of the trip is non-refundable.

Please note the following:

1. A copy of the bank transaction must be sent via email. If no news is received prior to the time limit date, the spaces will automatically be released and fees applied.

2. Any expenses for transferring funds must be covered by the client and included in the payments.

3. No refunds will be supplied for cancellations due to cancelled, missed, or delayed flights.

4. Hollidays Expeditions LLC highly recommends each passenger purchase their own trip cancellation/interruption insurance to protect themselves and have coverage for medical evacuation as well. Please note: some travel insurance policies, such as Cancel for Any Reason, require purchase within 14 days of the initial payment for a trip.

Holliday Expeditions LLC reserves the right to change or amend these policies at any time without notice. The policies in place at the time of booking are what will apply to your trip. It is imperative that you review and understand these policies at the time of booking.
